Happy Birthday to all Marines! Nov.10

Happy Veteran’s Day to ALL Who have Served.
There’s not much I can say as to the Marines Birthday. The Marines need no explanation and others probably wouldn’t understand it. So to all you Marines I say “Semper Fi” and stand tall.

To all those who have ever worn the uniform of ANY U.S. military service: On November 11 the Citizens of a grateful nation say thank you for the freedoms we continue to enjoy through your service.



In the news recently, a group claiming to be Christians (Baptists) have besmirched both names by disturbing the funerals of those who have given their lives in defense of our nation.

I would like to go on record as saying their sentiments DO NOT reflect those of any Christian and especially any Baptist I know.
Rather, those with whom I am acquainted make it a practice to pray for service personnel in general and for individuals whom they know or who are brought to their attention in particular.



I cannot say that I am proud of my every action while serving, but I can say “I am proud to be counted among those who served”
